General Statement of Duties:

The Entertainment Associate serves as a customer service representative, greeting and serving clients in the Arcade, Rock Wall and Bowling Alley while learning the duties and responsibilities for managing each area. The Entertainment Associate is tasked with keeping the area clean, meeting guests' needs and ensuring events are running smoothly. The Entertainment Associate is responsible for assisting customers to find the best solution to suit their needs, managing all transactions, and assisting with lane set up in the bowling alley, gaming setup in the arcade, and instruction in the Rock Wall.

Essential Job Functions:

• Respond to customer and employee needs in the absence of the Entertainment Manager

• Coach, teach, train, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality Guest service and safety

• Ensure the building is kept safe and secure by reporting anomalies to Entertainment Manager and Security

• Oversee entertainment cleanliness and accountability checklist

• Serve as an additional point of contact for departmental software and point of sales system

Compensation will be commensurate with experience:

$10-$14 hourly
